Aloo se banayein lajawab nashta
Aloo ek aisi sabzi hai jise bachche aur bade sabhi bade shauk se khate hain. Jab ghar mein koi dusri sabzi na ho, toh Aloo se jhatpat kai tarah ke snacks banaye ja sakte hain. Agar aapka kuch chatpata khane ka mann hai, toh sirf Aloo ka upyog karke aap ek aisa crispy nashta bana sakte hain jo sabko pasand aayega. Isse aap Aloo ke pakode ya Aloo ke cutlet bhi keh sakte hain.
Crispy Aloo nashta banane ki vidhi
- Sabse pehle Aloo ko achhi tarah dho kar cooker mein dalein. Ismein aloo doobne jitna pani daalkar 3 seeti lagayein aur inhe boil kar lein.
- Aloo ubhal jaane ke baad inhe thanda hone dein aur phir chhil kar achhi tarah mash kar lein.
- Mash kiye hue Aloo mein kata hua hara dhaniya, hari mirch, thoda sa lahsun aur lal mirch ka paste milayein.
- Is mishran mein ek se do chammach chawal ka aata aur corn flour dalein. Swadanusar namak milakar sabhi cheezon ko achhe se mix kar lein.
- Haathon mein thoda tel lagakar is mishran ki chhoti-chhoti gol loiyan bana lein.
- Ab ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur in loiyon ko usmein dalein. Pehle 5 minute tak dheemi aanch par pakayein, phir aanch tej kar dein taaki nashta kurkura ban sake.
- Jab inka rang brown ho jaye, toh inhe kadhai se nikal lein aur dhaniya ki chutney ya tomato sauce ke saath garma-garam serve karein.
